Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mail accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming emails according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just specify the email box account you would like to forward email messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
